I booked the room through booking.com. First time booking online. When I selected a one night stay, for some reason the date was prefilled...for next month. What kind of site prefills a date field with a date other than today's date? Needless to say I didn't catch the error. When I got to the hotel, Kiara realized what I did. She gave me the number to booking.com that did nothing to fix my mistake. When I went back to the front desk, Kiara was already working on getting my "no date changes" reservation fixed. Ten minutes later, I had my room with no cancelation fees for the reservation a month later plus she didn't charge me a deposit. I reckon she could tell I had a long day and just wanted my room. Please let Kiara (and her boss) know how much I appreciated her couteous and fast customer service. More people in customer service could take some lessons from her.

It was clean. We had an issue with the ac being loud and they didn’t hesitate giving us a different room. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and professional. The breakfast wasn’t bad just wish they had more variety. Overall I’d stay again. Room was very clean and area felt Safe. I was traveling from TN for work so the safety was important to me.

Comfortable room and excellent breakfast, All three staff that we dealt with were excellent and our request for a forth bath towel was quickly taken care. Even my sister who is allergic to gluten and dairy products was able to find breakfast ityems she could eat.

I received a complimentary upgrade which was great since I was alone and traveling for work. The price was very good based on the room I stayed in. I also liked that the room was cleaned and towels were replaced daily and not every few days as at other hotels.
